Travel details
Core reminders for passports, payments, insurance, and how we stay in touch before departure.
- U.S. and Mexican citizens generally do not need a visa for a standard tourist visit to Israel. Always confirm current entry rules for your nationality before you travel.
- Your passport should remain valid for at least six months from your departure date. For example, if you leave on January 1, it should still be valid through at least July 1.
- Once your group is nearly full, we send an invoice with payment instructions and the cancellation schedule. You may pay online through your booking or by other methods listed on the invoice.
- The full pilgrimage balance is due 90 days before departure unless your invoice states a different schedule.
- If you need to update your registration—roommate requests, flight notes, special instructions—email us at info@saintchristophertours.com rather than relying on verbal changes alone.
- Travel insurance is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it. You may purchase coverage through any provider you trust, or review the plans linked from our Travel Insurance page.
- We prefer email so there is a clear written record, and you can also reach us by phone at 810-344-7055 or 810-471-8686.
- Invoices, statements, and payment receipts are normally emailed. If email is difficult for you, tell us and we can arrange mailed copies.
Entry rules and airline policies change. Treat this page as general guidance and verify documents with official sources before you depart.
