Booking & payment

A booking is reserved once traveler details are submitted and the required payment (full balance or deposit) is successfully processed. Trip prices, dates, and inclusions are as listed on the trip page at the time of booking, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

A deposit of $250 may be offered to hold your seat. Deposits are non-refundable unless Saint Christopher Tours cancels the trip.

Cancellation by the traveler

If you cancel your booking, notify us in writing as early as possible. The non-refundable deposit is retained. Additional cancellation fees may apply based on how close the departure date is and what suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators) have already charged. Exact refund amounts, if any, are determined after supplier costs are confirmed.

Cancellation or changes by Saint Christopher Tours

We may adjust itineraries for safety, operational, or force majeure reasons. If we cancel a trip before departure, travelers will receive a refund of amounts paid to Saint Christopher Tours for that trip, excluding non-recoverable third-party costs where applicable.

Travel documents & fitness

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other entry requirements. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are fit to travel on the selected itinerary.

Travel insurance
